Operating with its own foundry and plastic sheave production facilities, Artı Kasnak manufactures reliable, durable, and high-performance sheave solutions for the elevator industry. We combine our production strength, reaching all 81 provinces of Türkiye and more than 50 countries worldwide, with international quality standards and our engineering expertise.
For MC Nylon, cast, steel, and plastic belt sheaves, we manage all production processes in-house, from raw materials to final inspection. In addition to standard products, we develop custom manufacturing solutions in accordance with our customers' technical drawings and project requirements.

International Quality
With our ISO 9001 quality management system and quality approval reports issued by the Turkish Standards Institution, we carry out production in compliance with DIN and EN standards.
Today, we continue our production activities at our modern production facility established on 1,200 m² of enclosed and 500 m² of open space. We carry out all our production processes in-house; casting, plastic, CNC machining, quality control, assembly, packaging, and shipping are performed with great precision within an interconnected system. Managing every stage of production under our own control allows us to maintain our quality standard while providing our customers with faster and more reliable solutions.
With the CNC turning and CNC milling machining centers in our production infrastructure, we perform all operations requiring high precision at our own facilities without allowing problems to arise. Thanks to our modern machinery, we fully meet our customers' expectations by achieving high dimensional accuracy in both mass production and special projects. Our ability to manufacture according to technical drawings enables us to develop custom solutions suited to the needs of different industries and projects, bringing every order to life with the same commitment to quality.
With an annual production capacity of 100,000 sheaves, Artı Kasnak manufactures cast elevator sheaves, plastic sheaves, deflection sheaves, drive sheaves, and various custom sheave solutions in compliance with national and international quality standards. We design our products with the goals of durability, long service life, and high performance. We carry out production in line with these goals and conduct meticulous inspections at every stage to ensure that each product is manufactured correctly.
A strong organizational structure stands behind our production capabilities. Our Production, Sales, Export, Quality Control, and Accounting departments operate in coordination to ensure that all processes, from order to shipment, are managed professionally and that procedures are implemented. More than 50 experienced employees contribute to providing our customers with quality products and reliable service through their knowledge and expertise. We regard our human resources as our most valuable investment and support the development of our employees through continuous training and technological investments.
